This one's for W.A.L.C!!!!!! we gathered a few ladies && got a few tips-- on the things that need to die and how to get them to.
- Never EVER stay alone- when you are alone you have time to think. Always surround yourself with something that means friends dogs family ANYTHING
- Always stay busy- if you aren’t busy you’ll have time to think. No sitting in your room listening to music this means HAPPY movies, phone, internet, hanging out, homework, knitting who gives a fuck stay busy
- Start to run- running releases hormones in your brain. Aka “happy hormones”
- Stop eating so much fat- fat only holds temporary energy as in high fructose corn syrup burns off WAYYY faster as opposed to glucose or sucrose which do not.
- The more water you drink the more balanced the chemicals in your body will be which means you’ll lose more weight and you’ll be less depressed
- I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR!! Repeat it. A lot. You’ll need to.
- Don’t get involved with a new FUCKER to soon- you’ll end up comparing and blaming for things old ones did. You’ll also end up fucking him over in the long run and if you don’t eff him over he’ll eff you over which means you’ll just hurt even more. Give yourself time to heal and adjust to the new “I AM INDEPENT AND DON’T NEED YOUR SKANKY ASS SELF ANYMORE” attitude.
- Clearly we are more superior- we clean, we cook, WE MAKE BABIES and uhh WE’RE IN MOTHER FUCKING W.A.L.C who needs ‘em anywho.
- Don’t talk to them for awhile- as nuts as it may sound seriously when you talk to them you want them and we defiantly DON’T want them
The first month will be hard I’m not gunna lie but I mean we can pull through as I recall we ARE W.A.L.C. and we will dominate this. Think of it as getting drunk. It hurts taking the shots but once its done and over ITS FUCKING WORTH IT.
