My eyes wondered out the hotel balcony. I felt Leeteuk-hyung watching suspiciously behind me. I closed my eyes and leaned forward. He caught me from behind like Titanic.
I turned my head a little and met his mesmerizing eyes, "I swore I wasn't going to jump." I promised.
"I'm not risking it," His eyes were furious, but I could feel the love in them. "You mean too much to me and the members."
"What reason would I have to jump and fall? What reason would I have to freefall to the hard concrete ground?"
"I don’t know, but I'd catch you either way." He moved in closer, and gripped his arms around my waist. I smiled. His breathing synchronized with mine. "I hope you know that, I have all ready fallen. I am freefalling, but not sure what I am falling for."
My smile quickly turned into a frown. I managed to get myself out of his grip. "What do you mean?"
He looked at me like I was confused. I wasn't. He was. Leeteuk spoke slowly. I was embarrassed by this. "I mean that I'm falling, theoretically, with no one to catch me when I reach the ground." His eyes looked lonely. He really didn't know?
My hands wrapped around him again and pulled him closer.. "With my question, I meant 'you don't know what you are falling for?'"
"Nope, no clue… Am I supposed to know…?"
Asked and answered; he really had no idea where I was going with this. It was taking a little longer than I hoped, but with him, I could be patient. "You should." My eyes showed fury.
Silence.
I was the one who spoke first. "You may not know the reason for your falling, but I’m falling … in love… with you." My eyes squinted as I smiled. "I hope you know that you aren't falling anymore, I have already caught you."
"Kangin-sshi… "
"Shh..." I put my finger to his lips. "You don't need to say anything. Saranghaeyo." I smiled and hugged him tighter, and closer.
