Gravity

so it's approaching a new year
and i'm approaching a new state of mind
where every book is missing
and there isn't a page to find.
But where's the author gone to
or whoever it is that writes such things.
i'm hanging onto a proverbial cliff
where the wind wants to blow
to take me somewhere new
that somewhere new i don't want to venture
but who can fight gravity?
it isn't ne thing to be argued against.
