today i woke up around 10ish .. then my sister made me breakfast =).. me and her ate. then we digested. after we digested we desided to do abbs arms butt hips and thighs and legs. after we did all them we kick boxed until now. shes running right now and im about to get a shower. then when she gets in the shower im going to get ready and then were going to go to the mall and then somewhere to eat if were hungry. =). well thats about all . i'll write in here tomarrow but if not tomarrow is gepa . wish me luckkk =/
