(no subject)
don't feel like writing much these days.. but.. i will. bc i dont wanna forget this weekend.
friday:
after school, dropped brother off and then prepared to leave again to visit wesley
but i was lazy :] so i ended up sitting around doing nothing for a while before i left.
stopped by red brick pizza to drop off a copy of the newspaper for ad team stuff..
and then went to juice it up to buy wesley a smoothie
but they wouldnt accept debit....
so i went ALLLL the way down to LOLLICUP.. just to buy drinks.
and they had a 59 cent debit card fee -__-
afterwards went over to boys & girls club but of course not before getting lost
got there and saw art, matt, and ben dokko
left after like 20 min
went home, ate, and got ready
picked up christina
picked up mike
picked up yingfei
went to BLESSED :D
but there was MAJORR traffic.. cuz of some U2 concert and baseball game at the anaheim stadium
so it took about an hour to get there
plus christina had to pee on the way so we ended up stopping at some high class restaurant so she could go
got BLESSED at BLESSED !! :] it was amazing <3.
took mike home at like.. 11ish
and came home and went to sleep.
SATURDAY:
woke up at 6 >:[
got to school by 6:45 and no one was there..
so i went to get a bagel first
went back to ihs and then left for the journalism writeoffs in manhattan beach
got there like an hour early..
which was retarded.
it was soo boring and i was soooo exhausted..
alex lai and i were in the sports feature section
and we sat in this room and listened to these two LA times sports writers talk about their jobs and took crazy notes
and after an hour went to another room to handwrite a news feature on them.. for an hour.
i was so braindead afterwards.
went home by 1 and ate.
chatted, took a short nap, then got up to go pick up mike & elaine
drove to jamba juice to get some smoothiess
then went over to saranghae community church for their PCNITE
got there early.. so went to quiznos for a couple min so mike could eat
went back and waited for it to start
i was surrounded by koreans..
PRAISE was amazing !
sermon was good,
and the prayer time was really powerful too.
afterwards we had MOREE praise.. and EVERYONE was jumping up and down.. it was intense :]
they played the best songs.. i loved it. it was like one of the best praises i've ever been to.
got home at 11 and just chatted+talked on the phone
and went to sleep
oh yeah and also.. i found out i placed 2nd at the journalism competition :D i get a trophy.. my first one ever ! but.. this also means.. that i have to go to the COUNTY writeoffs in a couple weeks.. man. oh well. alex placed 1st tho :] wow i totally thought my article sucked too.. actually it did.. which means.... the other schools REALLY suck majorly..
