I watch the news and it makes me not want to move into a apartment complex. Fires mostly. I know they are rare but I don't know how devastated if I lived in a apartment and some moron on the third floor leaves a heater or cigarette or pot on the stove that catches the house on fire and thus ruining everyone else's house.

to lose everything because of your own carelessness/accident is one thing, but to lose everything to someone else just kinda boggles my mind...
