(no subject)
well i'm home from the beach. minus the craziness that went on when we wanted to go out and do something, i had a great week. and i'm so glad sarah was there with me. in brief we got pretty tan, played in the waves, got bit up by unusual mosquitos, saw two lighthouses, went to ocracoke island, went on a ferry, took the most random pictures ever, slept in really late, played a lot of cards, talked til 2 in the morning, ate a lot of ice cream, saw sarah floyd and kevin, layed out in the sun, listened to country music the whole week, went in the hot tub, watched my dad pretend he was psychic, made a fire on the beach, ate s'mores, saw lots of crabs and a couple sea otters, saw the sunrise and sunset, watched some fireworks at night on the beach, and had a bunch of fun just being completely random.
now that i'm home, i got about 4 more days until i leave for VT. i have so much to do and a couple people that i still have to see one last time before i go. but i'm soooo excited. i can't wait til i'm on my own and get to meet a whole bunch of new people. of course i am going to miss those friends going elsewhere a whole bunch, but i know that i'll be seeing them on breaks or randomly throughout the year.
as for now, i have to get thru these last days and get everything done that i have to get done, whether i have help from my parents or not. i work monday and tuesday and then wednesday is free..but i'll have to find time to see all of you that i still have to see.
