procrastinating
so saturday was great. it seems so long ago tho cuz so much has happened this weekend. but anyways, i got up fairly early and did all my graduation announcements and party invitations and stuff. i didnt end up leaving for dance til 12 tho, and thats when it starts. so i was 45 minutes late, but oh well. i dont think they were doing anything important during that time anyways. but that first class was good, i had to re teach two of the girls a lot of steps because they forgot them, or they just didnt know them to begin with. second class went well too. after dancing i felt prepared for sunday even tho i hadnt practiced at home in weeks and weeks. oh and i also found out that rosie is coming home from new zealand for a month at the end of june!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm SOOOOOOO excited!!! gah, i miss her. too bad that i wont be home the first few days shes here tho. but there are some possibilities that that could change. and i was also thinking...that was my second to last saturday dance class before i leave!! its so sad! next week is the last week!!! i cant even believe it, i'm gonna miss those girls SO much. shannon's already told me i have to have "shannon time" and call her just about every night to tell her whats going on. and then theres kristen, kate, cottons, laura, gosh..all of them. its so sad :o( and shannon isnt going to the recital on sunday :*( but anyways, after dance class i went to elisa's grad party. that was fun, and we went to tacketts mill to feed/peg bread at the ducks!!! haha good times good times.
sunday was fun for the most part. the ride up and ride back weren't too great, but the day at the feis was good. i got there at like 12:30 maybe, watched some of my girls dance, and just relaxed and practiced some. when it was my time to dance shannon and betsy stood out front to watch which made me a lot more comfortable. i have no clue still how my reel was for me. its so weird cuz it seems like i wasnt even paying attention to what i was doing even tho i was. hornpipe was good, but i've def done it better. i ended up getting 6 out of 23 i think. not too bad for the first time back since december and no practice. i just wish i could dance at a feis like i do in class. umm, also saw kelly and the steeds and talked to them a bunch. i love seeing everyone that i dont see often. anyways, then after i got home i went over to miss sarah freunds house and we watched dave chapelle and talked for a long time.
today i got up early, cleaned my room, went to the mall to drop off the polo application, then went to get another one. thenn went to the zoo with the sarahs, elisa, katie, joe, kevin, and ryan. it was fun. i love those guys so much. we were there for a couple hours then got home at like 6:30 or so. i still gotta do my research paper for english now..but i really dont want to. eh.
back to school tomorrow. last full week!!!
