mmm beachy
i had a really good weekend. i went to the beach[rehoboth] on friday with jim, his mom, carly [lil sis] & her friend and missy [his older sister]. i just got home about a half hour ago.
on friday, shortly after we got there, me & jim went to Lewes [it's not like a real big exciting beach, just kind of a little stupid one thats like 3 mins away from the house] and just walked around & talked and stuff. it was nice to be near the water and the sand, ahh. and we got there right in time to see the sunset, which was gorgeous, reflecting off the water. ::sigh:: how romantic. haha =p
then after we got home from that, we sat around for a bit then headed out to the boardwalk at rehoboth. i wanted to buy everything i saw, i love boardwalk shops. too bad i'm poor.
when we got back to the house we just layed around and talked for like 4 hours about a bunch of stuff. that's become a tradition of ours now whenever we go to the beach: stay up half the night talking, then fall asleep. i'm surprised we still have stuff to talk about even through all this time.
saturday we went to rehoboth beach it was sooosooso great to be at there again. it was nice and relaxing, but fun at the same time. and the weather was hot & sunny, perfect beach weather. the water was pretty freezing though, but i didn't care and went in it anyway. i got some color to me too, which is nice, even though it's mostly sunburn. it'll turn to tan in a few days though.
at night we had dinner [chicken on the grill - YUM], went to some stores, then went on the boardwalk for a little bit. i was dead tired by the time we got home; i fell asleep by like 12.
we left today around 9, got home by 11. and now i get to sit here doing that stupid social studies project, ugh. thank god school's almost over.
