(no subject)
well, i was pondering the notion to write in my LJ when i concurred that i should just enlighten you on my very eventful day. this morning, i arose at 7 o'fuckin clock and had to prepare myself for the oral surgeon. i arrived at Dr. Brooks office at promptly 8ish and went back to the back room so that Dr. Brooks could take my three wisdom teeth out. As soon as i reached the room of no return, the nice lady put a gas mask type thing over my nose and told me to take heavy breaths in and out of my nostrils, so i did just that, and quickly i began to feel dizzy and disoriented, just then Dr. Brooks walked into the room and began to look for a vein on the inside of my elbow so that he could drug me. and since he could not find a vein on either one of my inner elbows, he was forced to use the vein on the top of my right hand. it is now brusied and a tiny bit sore. but that was okay at the time because i was high on laughing gas, so i could not feel the needle puncture my skin. that is what i need to have when i get my tattoo. lol. but anyways back to my story. i woke up about an hour later and was like umm... wellp there is gauze in my mouth.. don't you have to do the surgery before you put the gauze in? but it turns out that he had already done the surgery, but becuase of the injection, it felt like nothing had happenned. so i walked out to my car with a little help from my mother, and i was not funny like john and melissa were.. i acted like my normal self..i was quite dissapointed :[ but that was fine because i did not bleed at all which i was very happy with, and i got a frosty at 9 o'fuckin clock in the morning :] yay! and then the rest of the day i was drugged up and slept. but my mouth is fine.. i was eating a normal dinner tonight. so that was good. and hopefully this means that i will get to go to Asheville, NC to see Chris' concert on thursday. and then on Saturday night.. i THINK Denton is still having a concert at Prince's Deli.. but im not sure yet.. so hopefully they are so i can go see him finally. but i guess im out, so have fun reading my brief journal, cause i know that i sound intelligent by all my larege words. :] but i love you! x0 val
