Longish day coming up. But I have another cake class coming up! Yay! LoL. For those of you who don't know, I have started taking these cake decorating classes at the beginning of January. :-D
I made my first cake...if you want to see it, I can post pics or something. LoL. But anyways, it's exciting, but it's SO MUCH work. Unless you do it yourself, you can't imagine how much work you have to do. So those of you who believe that cake decorators and pastry chefs or whatever are taking the easy way out in the career field...you are SO WRONG! LoL.
Just a thought...I was bored and I realized I haven't posted in a while, so...yeah, I decided to do so. Ha.
