Ocean City
Ocean City...hmmm. Chincoteague/Assateague...hmm. Neither as great as I remember. Well, I've never been to Chincoteague or Assateague Island before, but it wasn't what I expected. I expected horses running around the beach, and us gazing at the beautiful wonder and the scenery, seeing the beautiful horses. What did we get? Well...after driving 1 1/2 hours....we saw no horses. That was a dissappointment. But the water was nice; huge waves, and a nice water temperature. We didn't actually get in, but we were walking along it and everytthing. So, at least we got SOMETHING out of that trip. LoL.
And the beach; it was like all the sand and salt just...stuck to us. We felt so gross afterward. Ick. But the boardwalk was great. There were some really cool stores with lots of pretty clothes I wanted. LoL. And we saw a nice, pretty dress that could be used for a skating dress. We're actually going to go shopping tomorrow; today we were just kind of looking. LoL.
Don't get me wrong, despite the gross-osity, we still had fun. :) Riding waves, all that stuff. We got new boogie boards too, so it was fun to ride waves with them; sometimes, we'd float around everywhere...just gliding on down. LoL.
Well, good-night. We might be home tomorrow night...but we might wait until Friday. I doubt that though. LoL. L8as.
