more stuff i need to journal more often so here goes
well like i said i went to see the lady from this place called Awakening Nu Energy and it was legal called a deep relaxation therapy but she did alot of unconventional healing methods. one, similar to reiki was energy work. that is a practice of energy concentration and projection from a trained healer who has been cleansed and taught to tap into her own intuitive and spiritual psyche and somethnig called theta a part of your brain that is called something about tapping into something called God energy theta something or other. its a really interesting science actually theres alot more depth to this concept and what is is based on is somethin about meridians and the 7 chakras of the body in which energy we recieve and manifest is processed and if the energy isnt positve and isnt flowing freely through the 7 chakras that means there is blocking and negative or stagnant energy or sometimes known as chi. you know how you kind of sense other peoples energy if someone in the room or someone your talking to is negative then you begin to pick up on that energy and sometimes especially in more sensitive people (like me) really feel something similar to or exactly what empathy feels like or most people in the room are generally affected by the negative person. and once that person leaves the pressure and negative energy is usually lifted unless it lingers from it being so impactful. anyways she did alot of work on me but i will describe the experience next entry chris wants to hang out...../.tbc
