I think today the kitten and I will go back to the library. There was this really good book there, and if I read quickly, I should have it done in time to make dinner. Maybe I can even make some progress on my Latin lessons for Father.
Besides, maybe someone will be at the library, and the ticking sound will go away. Maybe I should get a roommate; that ticking is really annoying.
Maybe today I'll be able to forget that I'm a failure. Just because I'm not like Wanda, or Father... If Father was here... but he's not.
[OOC: What if Quicksilver wasn't born a mutant? Today you're dealing only with Pietro Maximoff, and he has none of the arrogance and very little of the anger of Quicksilver. He's also incredibly eager to please, especially to make up for his 'fault' of not having powers. Since he's a human today, the ticking is at a normal rate, and it can annoy him. If you've wanted to poke him, but been scared off by his attitude, feel free today. He'll play nice.
