Oh, Hello Old Friend!
I graduated from College a month ago. A year ago, I was changing majors and thinking I was going to be in school for two more years. Well, I changed majors AGAIN in January and graduated in June. 6 years of college. I am finally finished for a while. However, I don't know what to do with myself now.
Shortly after my birthday in April I was fired from my job at Target. It didn't come as a surprise because I was on final warning and I was ready for it in a way. See, had I had that job for two more months it would have been my 6 year anniversary with the company and I wasn't about to have that, and the direction the company and I were moving was not the same way. Being unemployed has been an interesting venture. It's still feeling like an extended vacation, but I am out of money, so that vacation is over.
Jared and I are having our 1 year anniversary on the 25th! This has been the most effortless relationship ever, I am always wondering if this is real life. I can't remember ever in the past where my boyfriend was the last of my problems. I am so lucky.
I'm becoming more aware of growing up. My cousin, who is the same age as me, got married on Saturday. We aren't that old yet are we?! But we are! Graduated from college, in relationships, moving to that point in life. It's crazy!
So, back to the daily grind (haha) (no really, I am going to go paint a second coat of paint on my parent's upstairs bathroom and clean the kitchen.)
