One poor letterbox
There is a postbox outside our office, which is on an Olympic route through London. Last Friday, it had been sealed with the little lock-blocks for the slot. Ah, must be security, thought I.
Yesterday it was completely wrapped in clingfilm (really) and a few bits of parcel tape. That's a bit odd, I thought.
Today, the plastic and slot blockers were gone, and the whole things was painted grey. Not silver.
I wonder what will happen for tomorrow. My best guess is that it will be painted gold in the end.
In other news, the roads/tubes are quite empty this week. Tomorrow the Games Lanes kick in....
