I rang Eircom Broadband services today and got an Indian Help guy, which could possibly have been better if I wasn't on the radio phone, while his accent wasn't that thick it was enough that I endured the walking me carefully through every second of the attempt to get it to work. He finished up with telling me that I had to reset the modem 5 times and call them back, I had to rush to work and its now done but my internet connection is still up and down like a vaguely saucy joke.
