So the entire avoid gluten and avoid stomach cramps things seems to be working, and is helping me lose weight too.
There's only one problem.
If I don't eat gluten containing foods my stomach will recover from the damage that gluten causes if I get the tests done for Coeliac disease, but if I eat gluten foods I will be doubled up in pain.
FEH!
To add to the issue, apparently it can take months to get an appointment to see the specialist, even privately, and I don't think I could survive months of stomach cramps.
