I had a period at the end of the day today that I labelled "Catch-up time" on our daily schedule. When the students came in from recess, a couple of them asked me when we were going to have Mustard and Relish time.

Just for the hell of it, I think I need to find a period to call Mustard time. Really. I think they'll laugh their asses off.

I also think it's a reasonably sophisticated joke for a 9-year-old.
