It's also very "democratic" to negotiate that "agreement" rather than allow its public discussion and ratification through parliamentary procedure or referendum.
However, acting this way, "The global government" in Washington DC has all chances to get the results they need so badly.
If it passes, we are going to be affected by it no less.

I actually feel like a weirdo because several of my real life female friends write slashfic, and I don't care for it (not because of the content, but because I don't like non-canon stories - I don't read any sort of fanfic). But I'm all for people reading what they want to read. I don't like golf, either, but, hey, there are other channels. Takes all kinds. :)
