how much wood though do you need

snap timber brittle as bone
an old tooth from the great Wolf
and a fang from the Snake of the world
drip venom into Loki's eye

there's blood in the water
and the wind blows in the empty hall

and if you make a harp out of a girl
she'll sing her tale to us all.
