Would it be possible to do a pendant with a snow-type theme? Or a rain-theme, perhaps? (I'm working on sending good thoughts towards folks I care about near some of the Colorado fires, and something snow-themed, or rain-themed, seems appropriate.)

I found a piece of sea opal glass that reminds me of windswept snow, and I added tiny firepolished glass beads for raindrops. It was pouring down rain here while I was making it, so I was focused hard on rain while I worked. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kythryne/7441965130/in/photostream/

It's very pretty, and I do like it, but it doesn't "feel" quite right for this purpose, if that makes sense. I'm sorry to put you to all the effort of making it!

Yep, she grabbed it like a ninja as soon as I told her it was available. I have more of the sea opal glass, though... :)
