I worry that the new "The Incredible Hulk" coming out next year will be plagued by the general public perceiving the film as a sequel to that absolute monstrosity (see what I did there?) that came out in 2003. Yes, it will have been five years (holy shit), but does it really seem that long? The images are still burned into my retinas. I applaud their idea of
reimagining the film as a mythic saga, and from the talent lined up for the film, I believe it will be excellent. Let's just hope that everyone else can forget Ang Lee's bastardized version of the Hulk.
In other news... has anyone else seen the Iron Man footage from Comic-Con? Holy fuck, that's going to be the best superhero movie ever.
