accidental assumptions
for a week now, i've been waking up at 4 am (no matter what time i go to sleep) and then being unable to fall back asleep right away. it's completely screwing me up and i've been useless since this started. aggravating.
the gas bill is now due on the 11th (165 to prevent shut-off). i need to pay the electric company at least 10 dollars by the 14th, and then 90ish+each month's bill for a certain number of months. i thought my payment plan with the gas company was still in force, but evidently not. if i fail to make any payments, the deal is nullified and they eat my brain. if i can pay the 128 needed to prevent shut-off, i'll owe less or nothing plus the bill (the woman was cutting out and not explaining things well when we spoke), but i still have to pay the bill in full each month or face immediate shut-off.
i have to finish an email to my aunt dorothy - there may be some cash coming in there.
i have decided that the good news here is that one way or another, i won't be paying for gas as of Feb, so i've... only 5 months of bills left to worry about.
i've put a possible move to live with aunt dorothy back on the table (shudder...seriously). if b and d say no, that would put a kibosh on a feb or earlier move to Madison.
oh, if i don't update for awhile, i've lost home internet access. for some reason, neither my compaq nor the borrowed netbook allow me to really connect to the unprotected wireless across the street.
