Hip twisting shimmy sounds like a pretty advanced move for an aerobics video. Different dancers have different names for the move-I think I've heard that one called washing machine, and I don't use it much.

If you don't like it, try just doing a normal shimmy (as quickly as you can make it go)-left hip up, right hip up. The more bent your knees are the easier it is to make it big. Then (my first teacher said this and it made the shimmy click for me), "let it go! Let it go like jello!"--let your butt fat do the work. Once you feel comfortable with that, maybe move to pushing the hip forward instead of up.

Shoulder shimmy--again, let the fat do the work for the fast shimmy part. Left shoulder forward, right shoulder forward, and alternate in that controlled state as quickly as you can. When you're comfortable with that, make the movement smaller and let it go! If it doesn't work, just keep doing it the controlled way. Eventually you'll start to feel your body tissue throwing in extra wiggles with you and it will click that you can go with it. I have no tits--if I can do it you can.
