House Arcane Fun Raiser
It was an excellent weekend. I got a lot of work done on my side job on Friday and Kiba came over with hard ciders and we had some drinks while watching crappy movies. I think we stayed up a bit too late but we still managed to get up before noon, I think.
We had Waffle House for breakfast. I have been trying to avoid eating out lately but hashbrowns with gravy is only a couple of bucks and damned filling.
Saturday night we threw our 1st House Arcane Fun Raiser party, an attempt to raise a little money to help us pull out of the hole that recent events have put us in. It turned out to be more successful than I was really expecting it to be given that most of our friends aren't doing a hell of a lot better than us, but we raised enough to keep our gas from being cut off today and then some.
The party itself was a lot of fun. It started off a bit slow because there were some more inhibited folk around, but things eventually started living up to House Arcane standards.
