First off, a big thank you to backintohistory, blackbirdj2, cleokoneko, country_bee, glitterisblue and jen_knee_suu for the snowflake cookies! They're the first virtual gifts I've had ever, and I appreciate the sentiment very much, so thanks! :-)
I don't think I posted this before, but I had some money left over from my birthday, so I got myself some new trainers the other week. I'm sharing because they're SO FREAKING AWESOME!!!
Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! I've wanted a pair of hi tops for AGES, so I knew I'd get them in some shape or form, but when I saw these, I completely fell for them. I love the colours and they're actually so freaking comfy, it's ridiculous. Yay!
In other randomness, I'm going to see Paranormal Activity on Wednesday evening, with Haiman and some folk from work. I'm actually pretty terrified - everytime I hear about this film from people, they say it's seriously scary, and even Ali, who loves horrors and isn't phased by ANYTHING, was scared. And seriously, at some of the showings at work, we've been hearing screams coming from inside; funny story, the other day, my colleague and I were waiting at the end of a screening to clean, and the last two people who left were like "DON'T GO SEE IT. JUST DON'T O_O". We kinda just looked at each other like "...okay", lol! So yeah, I seriously think this will scar me for life, but I do still want to see it, out of a morbid curiosity more than anything else. Eeeek!!!
