Unexpected St Patricks Day Scot
On a day when everyone's a little bit Irish, this man decided to go against convention and be Scottish.
I was startled, to say the least, when I took a walk today and heard the sound of bagpipes coming from the direction of a little cafe. When I got closer, I saw this guy pacing around in front of it, playing the pipes and posing for pictures. Sadly, his accent was all too American.
