(no subject)
I find that I'm sick of realtors. Sick of no notice, no returned calls, no visits but then of course I'm sure she'll be open handed enough when it comes time to collect her 9-10K - hmmm... that's a sizable bite... I can't quite say if she's worth it. Not even a fraction of it. I found out today from another realtor who asked if she could represent us... that our listing showed removed.
I've decided that if she refuses to answer my emails after 2 more weeks I'll send yet another email and ask wtf she's doing. I mean isn't that the way it works? You do something, anything, ask to do open houses ask quite a lot of things. But see... that isn't happening... what is happening? She got married, went on a honeymoon and did I mention... she's working on selling 2 of her own houses.
She's a very busy girl.
