While I won't be adding "great orator" as a skill on my resume, the presentation went ok. The product was good, that's what saved me. The commissioners asked LOTS of questions and made some forward motion decisions while I was still in the room.
My goal was to advance the process, mission accomplished.
It's interesting, after all the stress and anticipation of getting this project behind me, I'm wondering 'what's next?'
I think it's true that "it is a good thing to have something to do every day whether you like it or not". I read that somewhere.
HOWEVER, if I even consider looking at something involving local government and/or politics, feel free to smack me upside the head.
