We took Tess to see the Brad Paisley concert last night.  Chuck Willis (sp?) the "Stealing Cinderella" guy opened, then Rodney Atkins, who was a VERY entertaining good ol' boy and finally Brad Paisley.  Man can that guy play a guitar.  Brad certainly must have some Chet Atkins blood - jeez, is he talented.
I think he would have been happier just to play all night rather than sing.   Although he did both quite well.

His fiddle player is a Wyoming native, Casper actually, so they made a big deal out of that.    If you don't live here anymore, it doesn't count.  Kind of like Dick Cheney.   We don't claim him at ALL.  Actually, it's is wife that has some history here - he hasn't spent much time in Wy.

Paisley summed it up pretty good last night:
"Wyoming, God's frozen people"

I know, more weather inferences.  But for PETE's SAKE, ENOUGH all ready.  Yesterday afternoon when I went out to feed, the wind chill was -30.  One hand got a wee wet while hauling water and I thought my fingers would freeze right off.  DAMmit, it was cold.  This moring Tom gave me a break and fed early.
Oh, our early high Sunday will  maybe reach 17, then plunging as another artic blast hits.  Monday not sure if we'll get to zero.  Snow and wind, too.
PERfect.
