I want to learn...

...how to use cosmetics. I know I've held off from it for years now, but it would be nice to be able to effectively make myself up once in awhile. Eyeliner, shadow, contour, lip liner, whatever (I know the basics of concealer and foundation, and mascara is a no-brainer). Picking good colours and applying the makeup.

I want to learn this from someone in person if I can, preferably a friend.
