I am now going to make a mundane entry about what makes me happy.
- It's sunny outside but the air is crisp and a soft breeze is blowing.
- The stores are carrying Fall and Halloween things.
-My cat Edwyn got over his skittishness around Mike and has been very cuddly with me.
- I got a package in the mail from Armadei with a newspaper clipping from London, a button from a con and a postcard with a lighthouse.
- I have cool stripey arm warmers.
I'm enjoying this semester so far. I finally got into a Japanese class and I think the sensei is adorable. She's probably in her fifties but she still acts sometimes like a schoolgirl in a cute and not annoying way. She makes me laugh.
I'm also taking Flash, Anthro (which is way too similar to the Cultural Anthro that I already took, but it fills a science requirement), and a debate class from the speech teacher who loved me. The latter is fun but the competition has been lacking. So far only one person has attempted to directly challenge my claims. But argument is not just about the duel, so they say...
