Freefall again ...

So after the FFV grew so huge and the story developed beyond its origins, I promised myself that I would go back to the beginning and revise the text to resolve inconsistencies and fix at least some of the awkward writing. I started with the first story, Freefall, posting on AO3, and ... I'm happy to say it's done! The revised version is now up, here: http://archiveofourown.org/works/117824/chapters/164701. I can't tell you why it says 18/20 chapters; if you look at the chapter index, it gives access to all twenty. Strange. Anyway, it's there and I am cautiously proud of it. There is still room for improvement - as is usually the case with any fic - but I think it's better, this time around. If you haven't read the FFV before, this is a good time to start it (long reads for cold winter nights!). And if you have read it before ... you can do a refresher course! Hehe.
