Fitness Goals

I am doing better with controlling my eating/snacking so far this year.

I said I was going to start swimming on Saturday mornings.  I found out the details, but spent this past Saturday morning throwing up & sleeping.  Oh well, at least it's a good ab workout...?

Yoga night tonight:  Someone told me the wrong start time.  I showed up for class & was locked out because they'd already started.  I was wearing ridiculous pants for no good reason.  Next week, I will show up earlier.

I'm trying, dammit.
