I was asked if I could tell a difference yet. Well, the biggest difference is how much time I'm spending in the bathroom. Which is a LOT. My skin is a little less itchy and my sinuses are draining....which isn't really a good thing because it goes right into my stomach and makes me queasy. I really can't say that I'm sleeping better but in all fairness I don't think I'm getting up to go to the bathroom all that much more in the night. It would be helpful if I could spread it out over the day a little more, especially the first bottle. I think the frequency of potty trips would lessen if I had more time to drink the water and didn't have to end up chugging it to make the deadline. I am drinking fewer cokes but still drinking them with meals.
Maalac made a connection that I had missed. We think the last time I had a really bad one was when I was on the no hormone pill days too. So it is likely hormonal, either thyroid or female hormones, or some combination of the two. I'll be very cautious next month during those days and not only stay extra hydrated but add some extra potassium and magnesium.
This morning I bought a bottle of gatorade on the way to work but it was 9:30 before I had a chance to get into it and I finished it at 11:07. Then I filled it up with water around 3:30 (I think) and was finished with it a bit before I left for the day at 5:30. Today was very hectic at work so I'm sorry I'm a little unsure about the times.
