Roommate Wanted!
One of our roommates is moving out halfway through the lease, so we've got a spot open upstairs that needs filled! Three bedroom, two bathroom duplex in Fort Walton Beach. You'll share a bathroom with Ted, who is generally a sane, clean person. Rent runs about $275/month, and utilities generally hover in the range of $75-$125/mo, depending on whether it's summer and we're running the AC constantly or not. This includes OTA television and Cox Premiere internet. The remainder of the lease isn't up 'till June, so a commitment 'till June would be required.
Ideal roommate will be drug-free (smoke outside if you like; alcohol is fine), not crazy, and without pets, since the landlord does not allow them. Folks on probation and convicted felons need not apply, since firearms are kept in the house.
House is 2 minutes from Winn Dixie, 10 from Publix, and a good frisbee throw from a Taco Bell. Easy commute to Eglin/Hurlburt/Shalimar/Crestview. Inquire here for more info; feel free to pass this info along to a friend if you can vouch for 'em.
