I've put in an application to be on our company's Voice over IP tech support team. It's a lateral transfer - no pay increase - but it's a bit of a status increase, and I get to quit troubleshooting.
Application went in today; position closes on the 20th; hopefully I'll get an interview sometime around a week after that, and hear a decision shortly thereafter. The world is full of internet support technicians, but precious few VoIP techs. :)
