Adventures at work...
Some work-related highlights:
I sit next to the level 2 tech support (the guys to whom we send the ridiculously tough problems) guys. Greeting: "Level 2 tech support, this is [***]." *pause.* "What do you want?" *pause.* "What'd you do?" *pause* "Sure, send the customer on over." heh. ah, internal phone communication.
Other amusing/horrifying things include:

Other amusing/horrifying things include:
- The person whose modem was taped to the window pane above the window air conditioning unit in a desperate attempt to get signal. When the AC was removed, the modem got moved down two feet, and lost signal - which wouldn't be a big deal, except the tech who put it in used SO MUCH TAPE that the customer was apparently incapable of getting it off.
- The (otherwise very nice) lady who just barely spoke English, and wasn't quite familiar with "right mouse button".
