Eegads has a boyfriend!!
Eegads was outside today when a storm blew in. I went ahead and brought him in because it was looking pretty black and if there's thunder and lightening, I always bring him in. He was hanging out in the living room with me when he noticed Trubble, the kitten on the back of the couch. He came over to the couch and climbed half way up onto the back of the couch with his front legs, head, and chest. He started tongue flicking the kitten. I decided to try and get some pictures and when I went over to Eegads and Trubble, Eegads started head bobbing me! This went on for about five minutes! Now what? My MALE IG is in love with my MALE CAT?! Sheesh! His mouth looks fine, today. I rinsed his mouth with Colgate Oral Anticeptic Cleanser and he actually liked the taste of it! He kept trying to bite the syringe to get more. Then he decided to lick my fingers! Freaky deaky!
LB was typical LB today. I went in to get her out of her cage and of course she went straight into her poop pan, which she had already used, and tail whipped poop water in my face! She also lunged straight up toward my face, mouth wide open! I did manage to get her out of her cage and into the bath tub. While she soaked, I cleaned out her cage, cleaned off my face, and put fresh greens in her bowl. We spent 30 minutes on the couch, bonding. She is shedding AGAIN. Look out Piggy Iggy on August 1st!
Foo was Foo. He of course gaped and whipped when I got him out of his cage but calmed quickly. He had a bath today, too.
Other than that, it's been a pretty uneventful day and men still suck. Cleaned the laundry room, cleaned the house, etc. Need greens. Need mice for the snake. Can't wait till my cricketfood.com order gets here. Crash, the Sugar Glider will have bee pollen, and I'll be able to gut load some crix for him. Eegads, LB, and Foo will have salad topper to try, and Diane and I will have calcium that is supposed to be very potent, and is recommended only for use in severe MBD igs, pre and post gravid females. Obviously, I will check with Gail or Meri for the dosage for LB but Eegads and Foo will continue to be supplemented with Rep Cal Calcium.
