“Our life-long loyalty.
Our body heat; you’ll never have to buy another sweater.
We’re like a dog you don’t have to train or take on walks.”
He stops, grins sheepishly.
“That’s a pretty short list, Jake.”
“Well, the rest are just sex jokes that Embry wrote during Geometry.”
Despite herself, Bella wants to hear those.
“I’ll have to take your points into consideration.”
