It's not a popularity contest. It's a helpfulness contest.
Although no-one has written an Amazon review of Over the Moat in almost two years, and although no review of the book has had more than three votes in total, when I cross-posted my review from earlier today someone slapped it with an unhelpful vote within three hours. Which makes me feel a bit watched.
