Summary: Jenn is living out her dream of being a famous rockstar. She has the fame, money, and a family of one daughter to prove it. But all she's missing is someone to share it with. When a past meets with a present, how will the future turn out?
The lights and sounds of Madison Square Garden were overwhelming to Jenn. She thought to herself the memories she had playing that arena on her last tour with the band. It felt great to be back there with all the wrestling fans. To every fan of hers, they knew that WWE was her favorite show and that she would go to almost every show when she lived back home in Philadelphia, the home of Extreme Championship Wrestling, ECW. So she couldn't really escape the wrestling bug that infected every sports fan in her hometown.
The limo pulled up and Jenn along with John and his wife popped out of the back, as if John was doing on of his infamous entrances. Jenn felt like she was apart of the wrestling family after that moment. She could see herself running out of the backstage area ready to wrestle whoever they put in front of her. It was a great feeling. But like many people who dream of the life of a wrestler, she had things holding her back. Since wrestlers travel so much, she couldn't drive. She has a fear of driving and getting into accidents due to a family and friend history of such occurencies. So it's no wonder why she'd move to the big city. But it never fazed her because her fears have always driven her to do other things instead. For example, she's also an accomplished skateboarder and has skated with the likes of Tony Hawk, Shawn White, Kerry Getts, Bob Burnquist, and even her hero from around her hometown, Bam Margera. She's one of the only women to conquer a man's skate turf and become a legend in it. Her and Bam have been known to be like a brother and sister since they tend to punch and kick each other in a sibling manner. She likes to think of the Margera's as her only family seeing as her real family never wanted any of this to happen. But she proved them wrong.
All that could be heard were cheers and screams from wrestling fans surrounding the Layfield's and Jenn. Most of them knew who Jenn was and were shouting out her stage name, "EMILY!! EMILY SIN!! SHE'S BACK, BABY! YEAH!!" Jenn couldn't help but laugh and holler back in agreement.
John turned to her with a smirk and said, "He! I guess you were missed more than I thought!"
"Well, you thought wrong!", she said back to him. They both embraced in a hug with his wife as they made their way into the arena. They resembled a wealthy, yet very happy family.
"Ringside! Seats 1, 2, and 3! Just how much my stock rose up today! Hahaha!" They all shared a laugh at John's joke about his company. Jenn let the couple sit together as she sat in seat 1. People were already piling in for the show. She wondered as she sat there why they had gotten to the event so damn early. She looked around and saw a banner stating, "WWE Draft 2009. 3-Hour RAW Tonight Starting At 8pm." They had an hour to go, but some referees were already making their way towards the ring. Jenn could see two commentators at ringside talking. One was Todd Grisham and the other was Good Ol' J.R. Jim Ross. She smiled at the sight of them being so close to her. She'd never been so close to something as great as wrestling in her life. She panned to her right and saw Lilian Garcia making her way to the ring. She loved Lilian because not only was she a great announcer, but she had such an amazing voice that it would make you want to cry when she sang the National Anthem. She announced that this match would be for the debut of their new show, WWE Superstars. Jenn thought this was really cool getting to see a premiere up close and possibly getting on T.V., too! The first wrestler to come out was one of Jenn's heroes growing up. The Undertaker! The arena rumbled when his music hit and the fans were going crazy along with her. It took him a great deal of time to get to the ring, but she didn't mind. As long as she got to see her hero, everything was completely fine. She wondered who the great Undertaker was going to wrestle for the premiere match of Superstars. And then his music hit and her heart went a flutter...
"OH YEAH!!!!" Out comes Matt Hardy to boos and some cheers from his true fans like Jenn. She looked up to both him and his brother Jeff when the both debuted with Michael Hayes in the late 90s and never turned her back on them. They were her favorite Tag Team of all time and Matt was one of her favorite wrestlers. She could never choose between him and Jeff seeing as she loved them both equally. He made his way around the bend heading towards where Jenn and the Layfield's were sitting.
"Ugh. There's no way he'll notice me. He's a wrestler for heaven's sake!" was the only thought that ran through Jenn's head....but she was wrong. He glanced over at her and even as he passed by, he couldn't help but stay locked onto her. She stared right back at him as if there was a staring contest going on. John, unfortunately, broke that contest when he shouted out, "Ah Matt! I beat you so many times throughout my career! There's no way you're beat The Deadman!" Matt Came right back around and said, "Oh yeah, John? Last time I checked, it was me that pinned your ass to get the win for my first tag team title." Everyone around us shouted out, "Oh! Burn!" as if they were Kelso from 'That 70's Show'. It was also humorous to Jenn, but she wouldn't let John or his wife see the smirk on her face. So she turned away very nonshelauntly. Matt glanced at her once more before entering the ring, knowing he accomplished making her laugh.
"That was so rude! How dare he question me in front of my wife?!", said John obviously following a storyline he's suppose to follow. Jenn thought to play along and said very sarcastically, "Yeah! He should know better than to tangle with the Layfield name!" He laughed thinking she was telling the truth and Jenn turned away with a roll of her eyes. She sat back and watched the match at hand. Throughout the entire match, whenever Matt would get slammed down with his head facing Jenn, he would give her a hard stare. She didn't know why, but she was hoping what any girl would hope if they saw a hot guy staring at them from across the room. Matt was eventually defeated due to a countout when he went to get a chair, but as he was leaving, Jenn couldn't believe that she saw Jeff Hardy come out and beat up his brother. And with one toss off Matt back into the ring and a chokeslam one second later, the match was at its end. Jenn was so excited to have seen her top 3 favorite wrestlers all in the beginning of what would be a night to remember.
