Favorite Characters: Sam, CJ, Donna, Leo, Ainsley, Charlie. Let's just be safe and say all of them, except for Mandy. Oh, and I do love the Bartlet girls. Ellie is my favorite of them, but I love Zoey and Liz too.

“We haven’t seen you in a while,” he said.
Ainsley smiled. “I’ve been moving. Turns out that’s actually time consuming. And moving companies aren’t all that reliable. I lost half of my stuff in Kentucky.”
“That’s unfortunate.”
“I got it all back.”
“Good.” He frowned at the sounds coming from the laptop open in front of her. He stretched his neck to see the screen. “Are you watching TV?”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
She paused the show before looking up at him. “The President-Elect has been held up on his overseas call, and I got tired of looking at Associate Counsel applications. I’m taking a break.”
“I see.” He tapped the folders in his hand against his thigh and watched as she resumed playing. Intrigued, he pulled a vacant chair next to her. “What is this?”
“LOST.”
“The island show?”
She gave him an incredulous look, left eyebrow arched. “The island show? If you can call surviving a disastrous plane crash on an unknown island in the middle of the ocean, living with your bare hands and what you have, managing to stay alive, and not to mention the polar bears.”
“Polar bears? That’s just unrealistic.” He peered closer at the screen. “Why is that guy yelling about going back? And why is there something living on his face?”
She shushed him.
Ronna interrupted before he could ask anything else. “Ainsley, the Congressman can see you now.”
“President-Elect,” they both said, eyes on the screen.
Ronna swore. “I swear I’m getting better at that.”
Ainsley gathered the applications and followed the other woman.
Sam pulled the laptop closer, shaking his head and muttering every few minutes, “Completely unrealistic.”

I love EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS. From Ainsley's line about her stuff getting lost in Kentucky to Sam's quips about "the island show" being "completely unrealistic" to the little detail about Ronna forgetting to call Santos the President-Elect. This is awesome. Great, great job! <3
