Well, pathology is over. I was doing fine in the class until the last exam which bumped me all the way down to a fraction of a point below the class average. Overall I liked it (much more than micro). Oh well, it's over. Pharmacology starts next week. It scares me. I'm currently trying to study for Step 1. I'm basically putting all of my eggs into that basket (it is what residencies look at the most).
I think I'm going to spend a year in the post-sophomore fellowship in pathology. I would basically be treated as a first year pathology resident. About half of the time is spend in surgical pathology, a few months doing clinical path (such as heme/onc, micro, blood bank), and some time spent doing research. There is also travel to places like Mexico. The girl currently doing it has gone there 3 times this year.
Anyways, I am now on break. Last weekend, Erica, Levi and I visited Quentin and Amanda. Was fun times all around. We went letterboxing. I took pictures.
