I realized

I'm not eating healthy enough at college, not that I eat large quantities of candy or anything, just too many carbs, not enough protein, fruits, or veggies.
I figured that might explain my lack of energy, seriously, I've been sleeping like 10 hours a day.
So today I ate healthier than usual, banana and cereal for breakfast, tomato basil tuna for lunch, and vegetable noodle soup for dinner with multigrain chips. then I ate a tastykake, just cause.

now it's 3am. I'm still awake.
Maybe it's all in my head?
But this is weird.
I haven't been up till 3am on a schoolnight since probably the night I walked to City Hall when the Phillies won.
I blame it on the vegetables.

And honestly I never thought that eating healthy actually made someone more energetic like they always tell you.

It's probably all in my head.
I doubt even if food could affect me this strongly, it wouldn't change my energy levels so quickly, after not even 24 hours of attempting to change my eating habits, but I'll stick to this and see what happens.

I missed 3am. I like not sleeping. I hated being so tired recently.

That's my ramble for now.
