(no subject)
As a way to "enhance" my English, since I didn't grow up speaking it, I am having the dorkiest urge to read the edition of the American Heritage dictionary that I have. If I read one page a day, which is probably the only way the contents will ever sink in, it would take me approx. two and a half years to finish. It's quite interesting actually, since the cover promises "over 400 photographs and illustrations." Or I could randomly learn a new word a day, which I could do on the webster site, but nothing like the cheap smell of the sheets within a paperback. Hey, it would be fun! <-- I am trying to tell myself that.
