Rule Number 6: I like CA because every bathroom has toilet seat covers available. Not sure if this is because all the toilets are filthier than in other states or because Californians just value hygiene more than others.
Rule Number 7: Before I go to college, I need to remember a portable clock for when I use the bathroom to brush teeth, shower, etc. Keeping track of time is important.
