dr oz cleanse- day 1 Dinner

ok, i have done all the laundry, reorganized the bedroom, and finished cleaning the house. I'm exhausted! i got a little spacey between 3 and 4 but i drank some water and felt a little better. because its my day off i spent the time after cleaning just relaxing.

dinner time came and it was delicious!


the original recipe calls for a 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper. i have done the master cleanse i and can tell you right now. there wasn't a lot of me that wanted to put that in there. Also, i realized i only had chili powder on hand so i didn't put any in. I think that made it the delicious shake that it was. From my master cleanse i know that the cayenne pepper is there to irritate the intestines so that they move or something. or help with weight loss...i'm not really sure. If anyone reads this that knows why anyone would want to put that in, then i would love to hear from you.

its probably the least attractive of the shakes tho.


After i ate, er... drank dinner, my stomach started churning. It got a little crampy and i'm starting to feel bloaty. hopefully this will go away.

i plan on taking an Epsom salt bath, the plan calls for 10 drops of lavender essential oil. i don't actually have any, but i have some lavender bath soak that i can use. i'm sure its just for the pleasure as the Epsom salt is supposed to do the toxin leaching.
