So today started ok. got up and then George and i decided to clean the apartment. Hunt had a breakfast to go to. We finished that, i did laundry. We made some lunch. I made a afternoon date with some guy i met online. I showed up, he didn't. At first i thought it was worse than it was. Because i saw someone that looked like him, and he saw me and then he walked by me...obviously looking for someone to meet him in that spot. Then he left. so i thought that it was the guy i met, seeing me off line and saying EW and going home. I stomp home, buy myself a gelato on the way and sulk. George and i decide to go to the supermarket and then he forgot his wallet so he went back and i went alone. i noticed something very interesting. you know when you are out and you are listening to people talk in crowds and then you hear someone not speaking English and you say ooh a tourist or something. well, i was walking around and i was listening to people talk and i heard about 5 different languages before i heard someone speak any English and that was with an English accent! Weird huh? Travel over here is also different. everyone back home say ooh i wish i could travel more. People over here drive 300 miles and they are in a different country! Its great! BTW i got a message, later, from that guy, that he had a surprise family visit and couldn't leave and since i don't have a real working phone right now...he couldn't call me to tell me. Ok so that was alright. then i was reading my facebook and all of a sudden it just hit me that all my friends are not here. i don't really have anyone that knows me and gets my humor and i'm living with two straight frat boys that play horrible music at the top of their speakers at all hours of the day and night! Add to that the fact that my financial situation is super rocky, my class load is Gionormous, i had a momentary break down...then a power-nap. but i'm going to Arezzo tomorrow to look at art there with a hot rugby player...so maybe i will feel better. :)
